Erba Lachema Obtains a Training-Related Subsidy

Our company, Erba Lachema, obtained a subsidy from the European Union related to a project named “Increasing of Competences and Skills of Employees of Erba Lachema s.r.o.” – within the scope of Human Resources and Employment Programme. In the course of this project – which is to be completed in the time period of 7/2013 - 6/2015 – we are able to use more than CZK 4 million.

The objective of the project is to increase the scope of employees’ qualifications in connection with the ever-changing conditions and practices in the respective branch as well as to increase the company’s competitiveness. We intend to reach these objectives by the means of improving the training system and incorporating innovative elements (new types of training courses, new methods within the training system, focus on the internal form of training, etc.).

We have a reason to believe that this investment into training of our employees will represent a contribution not only for our company as such but also with respect to improvement of the services rendered to our customers and business partners.
