Material Safety data sheets-Critical care
The safety data sheets listed below have been prepared in accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1272/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on classification, labeling, and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, which has gradually replaced previously used standards (more information can be found here). A transitional period applies for the conversion of safety data sheets under this new regulation, during which safety data sheets may still be issued in accordance with the previous regulations, provided that the classification of IVD preparations has not changed. The safety data sheets of our products have already been fully updated to comply with this regulation.
Erba Lachema declares that products for which safety data sheets are not listed here are not considered hazardous preparations under the above-mentioned regulation regarding the classification, packaging, and labeling of hazardous substances and preparations. Accordingly, it is not necessary to prepare a safety data sheet for these products; however, preparation upon request is possible.
